The problem
Your members are already using peptides. Most are doing it alone.
Vials labeled "research use only," bought from a website, with no prescriber, no pharmacy, and no idea what is in the vial. The label is not a shield. The FDA has said so in writing, and the seizures and lab results below are what the market actually looks like.
$328M
Peptide and hormone ingredients imported from China in the first nine months of 2025, double the year before
US customs data via NYT, Reason ↗5,000
Individual peptide shipments seized at one US port in four months, mis-manifested and smuggled inside master cartons
CBP Cincinnati, March 2026 ↗7.7% to 14%
Actual semaglutide content in no-prescription vials sold online as 99% pure. Every sample contained endotoxin
JMIR, 2024 ↗50+
FDA warning letters in one month to sellers marketing "research use only" peptides for human use
FDA, September 2025 ↗1 in 3
Unapproved peptide products failing basic quality tests at one independent Texas lab
Partnership for Safe Medicines, April 2026 ↗The only lawful route to these molecules for a patient is a prescription from a licensed provider, filled by a licensed compounding pharmacy. That is the whole product.
Peptides are no longer a niche. They are a program your clients already want.
Demand starts wherever people already trust someone with their health: the gym floor, a coach, a creator, a wellness brand. Every one of those relationships is an entry point to provider-reviewed care, if the operator has the infrastructure behind them.
Operating system
Don't build it. Brand it.
Pick a brand. Every screen below re-themes to it: colors, logo, typeface, domain, programs and prices. The screening, the provider and the pharmacy underneath stay the same.

Step 3 of 4 · Health questions
A few questions your provider needs answered
Are you pregnant or breastfeeding?
Any history of cancer?
Do you take thyroid medication?
By continuing you consent to evaluation by an independent licensed medical practice.

Subject: Your Recovery program is approved
Good news, Maya.
A licensed provider in Colorado reviewed your screening and approved your Recovery program. Your prescription has been sent to the pharmacy and ships within two business days.
What happens next
- 1. The pharmacy compounds your medication and ships it ready to use.
- 2. You get a tracking link the moment it leaves.
- 3. Your dosing card is in your portal. Message your provider anytime.
Reviewed by your provider, a nurse practitioner licensed in Colorado.
Care is provided by an independent, physician-owned medical practice and its licensed clinicians. Medication is compounded and shipped by a licensed 503A pharmacy under a valid prescription. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved drugs.
Iron Republic's clients never see ConduitMD. The licensed medical practice is named only where the law requires: the consent, the clinician's signature and a one-line disclosure.

Clinical programs
If your clients want it, we already built it.
11 finished programs with sequencing, course length, screening gates and monitoring already decided. Most partners launch with two or three.
All 11 programsProvider-reviewed care
Your clients are already buying peptides. Just not from you.
Most peptide use today runs through unregulated online vendors selling vials labeled for research. A program under your brand replaces that with screening, a licensed provider and a licensed pharmacy.
Clients guess at dosing, mix powder at the kitchen counter and hope the vial is what the label says.

Peptide-specific screening, built in.
Every client completes a health questionnaire before a provider sees anything. Certain conditions are declined automatically and others are flagged for the provider to look at personally. You never make a medical call.

A licensed provider in your client's state reviews every order.
Every order and every refill, not one visit covering a 90-day script. If a client has a medical question, they message the provider, not you. The prescribers work for a physician-owned practice, not for you and not for us.

Partner dashboard
See who signed up, where each order is, and what you earned.
A dashboard, not a clinic. You see enrollments, program mix, order status and your revenue. You do not see medical records, and you do not need to. The practice holds the patient relationship for anything clinical.
Get a demoThis is medical care
Your involvement is your brand and the introduction.
A licensed practice treats the patient. A licensed pharmacy fills the prescription. Four things are zero for the partner, and three things the partner still carries, each handled in the structure rather than left to chance.
Zero prescribing
A clinician licensed in the member's state decides who is treated and with what. Not you, and not us.
Zero medication
You never buy, hold, ship or resell a drug. The pharmacy ships to the patient.
Zero health records
Screening answers and provider messages live with the practice. You see status and earnings.
Zero clinical revenue
You never hold or mark up the professional fee or the medicine. You are paid a flat fee for the non-clinical work you do.
What the partner still carries
What your staff say
Medical questions go to the provider, always. We give your team the ten lines they can say and the five they cannot.
How you are paid
A flat fee for scheduling, records gathering and payment coordination. Never per patient, never a percentage. That is what keeps it clean in the strict states.
Whose paper it is on
We carry clinical liability and malpractice. You are never asked to defend the practice. Counsel reads the agreement before partner one.
Not legal advice. The structure is reviewed by healthcare counsel and stated in the partner agreement. We do not say “zero risk,” because nobody honest can.
The team behind it
It's not just software. You're plugging into people who run this every day.
ConduitMD is built by the operators of a live direct-to-patient peptide practice and a telehealth addiction medicine practice. The medical director, the prescriber network and the pharmacy relationships already exist. You get them on day one. Billing your clients and their customer service stay with you: we handle only the medical side.

Built for retention
Your revenue depends on clients who stay. So every layer is built for them to succeed.
A partner earns on month six, not month one. Screening, provider access and refill follow-up are designed so the client trusts the program, and trusts your brand for offering it.
Refills on the program's schedule
Reviewed on time, reminded under your brand, never auto-shipped on a long script.
A provider they can message
Clinical questions go to the practice, so your client gets a real answer and you never give one.
Screening that protects them
Deny and flag rules written for peptides specifically, enforced before any provider sees the order.
Partner sites
What your clients see.

Compliance
Three layers. You only ever touch one.
The medical practice is physician-owned. The pharmacy is licensed. You own the brand and the customer, and nothing else. That separation is what keeps the structure clean in strict states.
Clinical
A physician-owned medical practice holds every patient relationship, employs the prescribers and carries the medical director. Not us, and never you.
Pharmacy
A licensed 503A pharmacy compounds under the practice's prescription and ships direct to the patient. Nobody in between takes title to the medication.
Commercial
Your brand, your marketing, your customer relationship, your program fee. Your revenue is never a spread on a prescription.
Compare
Most platforms that offer to power a peptide brand sell something else.
They sell weight-loss medication and testosterone with peptide marketing on top. Not one publishes a peptide formulary.
| Typical platform | ConduitMD | |
|---|---|---|
| Therapeutic peptides offered | A handful, usually beside GLP-1 and testosterone | 70+ orderable products, 11 designed programs |
| Setup or onboarding fee | $5,000 to $12,000 is common | None for operators; scoped for enterprise |
| Who sets the patient price | Often the platform | You do |
| Revenue share | Up to 40% of every order, or a residual that shrinks the longer a patient stays | 0% |
| Medication pricing | Bundled or marked up | Pharmacy cost, passed straight through |
Integration
Integrating takes a brand kit, not an engineering team.
There is nothing to install and nothing for your developer to build. You send us your brand kit and pick where the program lives. We build every screen in your brand and connect it to the practice and the pharmacy.
A subdomain on your domain
programs.yourbrand.com
You add one DNS record we send you. Everything at that address carries your name and runs on our rails.
A page inside your site
yourbrand.com/programs
Add a menu item or a button that points at your program page. Your existing site does not change.
A link inside your app
Member area, class schedule, newsletter
Send members to your program page from wherever they already are. Enterprise partners scope deeper integrations in the agreement.
What you send us
- Logo and colors
- Tone of voice
- Program names and retail prices

- One DNS record, if you want a subdomain
What we build and run
- Storefront and program pages

From kickoff to launch
About a week for an operator.
Enterprise rollouts are scoped to states and integrations, and the timeline is stated in the agreement.
Day 0
Twenty-minute kickoff
Your audience, which programs fit, which states you need, and what you want to charge.
Day 1 to 3
Brand kit and program card
Logo, colors, tone of voice, program names and retail prices. We build the storefront and the email templates from it.
Day 3 to 7
Storefront on your domain
A subdomain on your own domain, or a section of your existing site. Your screening flow, your programs, your prices.
Day 7
Coverage confirmed
Prescriber and pharmacy licensure checked against the states your clients live in. What is live is stated in writing.
Launch
You tell your people
From here we run screening, provider review, pharmacy, shipping, refill reviews and provider messaging. You bill your clients inside the portal, handle their customer service and watch the dashboard. We invoice you weekly for visits and medication.
How you make money
Your client pays you. You pay landed cost. The difference is yours.
Every order carries the same three lines of cost: the pharmacy's price, one flat provider fee, and a flat monthly platform fee spread across your clients. Everything above that is your program fee.

You price the program
The retail price is yours to set and yours to change. We never see a reason to touch it.
Your margin is a program fee
You are paid for the program and service you wrap around the care. It is never a spread on the medication, which is what keeps the structure clean in strict states.
We take no percentage
No revenue share, no commission, no cut of the client price. Two flat fees, and a more expensive program leaves the extra margin with you.

Frequently asked
Questions? We have answers.
Is this legal?
Yes. Every patient is evaluated by a licensed provider in their state who writes a prescription only when it is appropriate, and every prescription is filled by a licensed compounding pharmacy. Nothing ships without a prescription. This is the opposite of the research-chemical market.
Do I need a medical license?
No. You are not prescribing, you are not selling medication, and you never touch it. You offer a program and get paid for the service you provide around it. A physician-owned practice handles the medical side and the pharmacy handles the medication.
Do I need to know anything about peptides?
No, and that is the point. You choose which programs to offer. Screening, provider review, prescribing, pharmacy, shipping and refills are handled for you. If a client has a medical question, they message the provider, not you.
What if a client has a health condition?
Every client completes a health screening before anything is reviewed. Certain conditions are automatically declined and others are flagged for the provider to look at personally. That logic is built in and you do not have to think about it.
Who sets the price my clients pay?
You do. We charge you medication and shipping at the pharmacy's cost plus flat fees that never change with volume or with what is prescribed. Everything above that is yours.
Who handles customer service and billing?
You do. Your clients are your customers: you bill them inside the portal at your price, and account, payment, scheduling and refund questions go to your team under your brand. Medical questions go to the licensed provider through the portal. We handle only the medical side and never contact your clients about anything else.
Do you take a percentage?
Never. No revenue share, no commission, no cut of your patient price. Flat fees only.
