Platform
Three surfaces. One brand, and it is theirs.
A partner gets a client website, a patient portal and their own operating portal, every one in their colors, type and voice. Pick a brand below and watch all three change. The screening, the licensed provider and the pharmacy underneath never do.

Status and earnings, nothing clinical
01 · Client-facing
The client website
Iron Republic Fitness's program lives at programs.ironrepublicfit.com, or as a page on the site they already have. Their programs, their prices, their photography, their voice. This is the storefront their clients see first, and it is live below.
- Served at programs.ironrepublicfit.com, on the partner's own domain
- Programs named and priced by Iron Republic: Recovery $249, Sleep $199
- Screening starts here, already in their brand
- Footer disclosure names the licensed medical practice
- Built from the brand kit in days, no developer on their side

02 · Client-facing
The patient portal
After approval, Iron Republic's client lands at programs.ironrepublicfit.com/portal. Program status, the order timeline, the dosing card and a message thread with the licensed clinician, all in Iron Republic's colors. The clinician's replies are the only thing on the page that is not theirs.
- Program status and a live order timeline with tracking
- Dosing card exactly as the provider set it
- Message the licensed clinician, replies signed by them
- Refill reviews on the program schedule, never auto-shipped
- Pays the partner inside the portal; receipts carry the partner's name, never the practice's

03 · Partner-facing
The client's portal
Iron Republic's own team logs in at programs.ironrepublicfit.com/partner. Who signed up, which program, where every order is, and what they earned this month. No screening answers, no medical records, no provider messages. The boundary is the product.
- Enrollments and program mix
- Order status from screening to shipped
- Gross earnings this month, per program
- Refill reviews coming up
- Bill your clients inside the portal at your price; one weekly invoice from ConduitMD for visits and medication
- Status and earnings only. No protected health information, by design

Where the seams are
What carries Iron Republic's brand, and where the practice has to show.
White label does not mean hiding who is providing care. The brand is theirs everywhere the law allows, and the practice is named exactly where it must be.
| Element | Iron Republic | The medical practice |
|---|---|---|
| Storefront and program pages | Their name, logo, colors, copy, domain | Footer disclosure only |
| Health screening | Their brand throughout | Consent names the practice as the treating entity |
| Approval and shipping emails | Sent under their name, from their domain | Clinician signature and a one-line disclosure |
| Patient portal and messaging | Their brand, their domain | Provider replies are signed by the licensed clinician |
| Pharmacy label | Never | Pharmacy and prescriber, as the law requires |
| Billing and customer service | Theirs. They bill the client inside the portal and answer every non-medical question | Never bills the client. Visits and pharmacy are invoiced to the partner weekly through ConduitMD |
| ConduitMD | Never appears to their clients | Never appears to their clients |
Who handles what
You run the business side. We handle only the medical side.
Your clients are your customers. You bill them inside the portal at your price, you answer their calls, you decide on refunds. Every visit and every pharmacy charge runs through ConduitMD, and we invoice you once a week for them at cost. The licensed practice handles screening, prescribing and medical questions. Nothing clinical ever lands on your desk.
| Responsibility | Who |

| Marketing the program and setting the retail price | You |
| Billing your clients inside the portal, at your price, in your name | You |
| Customer service: account, payment, scheduling and refund questions | You |

| Provider review and prescribing, every order and every refill | The medical practice |
| Medical questions, through the portal message thread | The medical practice |
| Compounding, labeling and shipping | The pharmacy |
