Who we are. ConduitMD provides software and management services to business partners and to an independent, physician-owned medical practice. ConduitMD is not a medical practice, does not provide medical care, does not employ or direct clinicians in their clinical judgment, and does not compound, dispense, hold or sell medication.

What this site is. Information for prospective business partners. Nothing on this site is medical advice, legal advice, or an offer that binds either party. Partnership terms are set only in a signed written agreement.

Medication statements. Compounded peptides referenced on this site are prepared by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy pursuant to a valid prescription from a licensed provider for an individual patient. They are not FDA-approved drugs and no statement here claims otherwise. Programs, pricing and state availability described here are illustrative and subject to change.

Acceptable use. Do not submit patient or personal health information through this site. Do not misrepresent your identity, licensure or business.

Liability. This site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConduitMD disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its contents.
